Brandsters follows a result driven process that always starts with research. Based on the results of this research we, together with our client, develop a strategy. Next, strategy is the basis for the creative briefing. During the next phase creative concepts are then implemented on any necessary platform. After implementation, or realisation, it is time to do –evaluative- research. This closes the circle. We call this process the Innovation Cycle.
Keeping a strict outside-in perspective is key to this process. We always follow the point of view of the market. We believe pull is much more effective than push.
